기존에 잘 사용하던 룰셋xml에 오류가 있다고 한다.

xsi:schemaLocation의 xsd url을 http://pmd.sourceforge.net/ruleset_2_0_0.xsd에서  https://pmd.sourceforge.io/ruleset_2_0_0.xsd로 변경했더니 problems에 오류는 사라졌다.

    xmlns="http://pmd.sourceforge.net/ruleset/2.0.0"
    xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
    xsi:schemaLocation="http://pmd.sourceforge.net/ruleset/2.0.0 https://pmd.sourceforge.io/ruleset_2_0_0.xsd">
